I haven't updated here in a while but i have been thinking that i need to start blogging my weight loss adventures. I started this whole thing on January 2nd. I weighed in at 264 and am now as of today at 260. I have joined Weight Watchers and have been doing really good with my eating and am also going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I plan to step up the gym outings to 4-5 times a week though. It is really fun because i have several friends that go too so it is nice to have support!!!
